 How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process prior to shipping. Ground transit usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

 What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?

Carriers will typically make 3 delivery attempts. If no one aged 21+ is available to sign after 3 attempts, the package will be returned. Returned shipments are subject to restock fees and non-refundable original shipping costs.

 What is your return policy for tequila?

Due to state and federal alcohol laws, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened bottles of alcohol unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. All sales of spirits are final.

What if my bottle arrives damaged or broken?

If your package arrives damaged, broken, or leaking:

Take clear photos of the damaged bottle and exterior packaging immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pantalonestequila.com.

We will promptly issue a replacement or refund.

Can I return apparel or merchandise?

Unused, unworn apparel and non-liquor merchandise in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
